Make an instalment payment
When you buy a ticket ↗ some ticket options give you the ability to buy in multiple instalments.
You can view your payment history and make additional payments by viewing your order ↗.
At the top of the order page you will find a summary of all of the instalments relating to this order (note where multiple tickets have been purchased in the same order, these payments will be grouped).
Here you will see each instalment, the amount it is for, the date it is due and it’s current payment status.
At any time prior to the due date you can make payment for the next instalment by clicking the “Pay” button , found to the right of the next instalment.
Clicking this will open up a payment window where you will be able to make payment securely using a credit or debit card.
Payments can only be made one instalment at a time, should you wish to pay for multiple instalments in session you will need to complete payment for each instalment one after the other.
Although QR codes are displayed for tickets with instalments outstanding these will only be activated after the final instalment has been made.
Instalment dates
It is your responsibility to ensure that you make payments for each instalment before the due date. We recommend adding these to your diary at the point of initial purchase.
Should you have problems meeting subsequent instalment dates you should contact the event host for support, as the event host has the right to cancel purchases where instalment payments have been missed without refund.
