I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, it is possible to reset it.

Simply go to login↗ and enter your email address that you used to create your account and click Continue.

On the next screen when prompted for your password click the Forgot password option and reset instructions will be sent to your email address within 15 minutes.

If after 15 minutes you have not received an email first check your spam box, then contact help@tckt.uk for support.

Why am I being prompted to register?

If after entering your email address you are prompted to register for your account, this means that we do not have your email address registered, possibly because you used a different email address or you have typed it incorrectly.

To retry refresh the page and enter an alternative email address.
