This guide outlines everything that is possible with sufficient permissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Editing fields<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Many fields such as the group name, website description can simply be edited by clicking in the field and typing acceptable text\u2197.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To save simply click out of the text field, and you will then see this confirmation appear at the bottom right of the page to confirm that it has been saved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changing logo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can customise your group image by changing the logo\u2197<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changing group handle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your handle is used in the URL of your group profile and all your events and products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is best for this to be something short and memorable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As soon as possible after creating your group change your group handle\u2197<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage events<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Scroll down to the Hosted events section and you will see all of the events that this group is hosting and are happening in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on your permissions on each event card you will have the option to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sales<\/strong>:\u00a0 view details about ticket sales\u2197 for this event<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Check-In<\/strong>: access the check-in tool\u2197 to validate your customers tickets and check them into the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edit<\/strong>: Open to editor and edit the event\u2197.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking on the title of the event will take you to the public sales page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To create a new event\u2197 click the <strong>Add Event<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To view events that you have hosted in the past, or events that you are promoting but are not the host of click the <strong>Show All Events<\/strong> button at the bottom of this section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage products<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ability to add or manage products is only shown once your group has been linked with Stripe\u2197<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scroll down to the <strong>Products <\/strong>section:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To edit a product\u2197 click the <strong>Edit<\/strong> button underneath the product you wish to edit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To add a new product\u2197 click the <strong>Add Product<\/strong> button at the top of this section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage delivery options<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ability to add or manage delivery options is only shown once your group has been linked with Stripe\u2197<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scroll down to the <strong>Delivery Options <\/strong>section:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To edit a delivery option simply edit the fields for the delivery option you with to edit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To add a new delivery option, click the <strong>Add Option<\/strong> button at the top of this section, and then this will be added to the list and can be edited straight away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery options cannot currently be removed once they have been added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage members<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tckt.uk supports multiple levels of permissions\u2197. To give users access to view or edit your group you will need to add them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>View our guide on managing members\u2197 for your group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage trusted groups<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The trusted groups feature allows you to skip the need to approve invitations when you are adding groups as associated groups\u2197 to events that you host and adding members\u2197 &nbsp;of trusted groups to events that you are hosting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>View our guide to manage trusted groups\u2197<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Communities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Communities are custom branded versions of the tckt platform. They have a custom domain name, and only include groups that share a common interest, and approved by the Network Admins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the details you provided when creating your group you may be prompted to request to join some available networks. In which case click the <strong>Request to join<\/strong> button and your group will be sent to the network admins for approval.
