Finding my tickets

Upon ordering your tickets a confirmation will be sent to your email address. Additionally you can access your tickets at any time from your dashboard.

This can be accessed at tckt.uk/account (or illuminateyouth.co.uk/account) or by clicking the “Account” button found at the top of any page.

Upon navigating to this page you will be promoted to login.

Simply enter the email address you used to order your tickets and then click “Continue”

You will then be prompted to enter your password, or will have option to reset your password if needed.

Upon logging in any tickets for upcoming events will appear at the top of your dashboard. Simply click on the event card to view more details.

It is also possible to view purchased tickets for events that have already happened by clicking on the “View all orders” option at the bottom of this section.

If the order is paid in full:

You will see a summary of all of your tickets purchased in this order along with their QR code which you will need to present to access the event.

You will also see the answers to all of the questions you answered for each ticket.

Tickets can have a status of:

  • Active (fully paid and ready to use)
  • Used (the ticket has already been redeemed)
  • Instalments outstanding (further instalment payments are required, see the next section.)

If the order has outstanding instalments:

In addition to the above you will also see a table at the top of the page giving a breakdown of your instalments and payment history.

For any outstanding instalments you can make a payment from this page by clicking the “Pay” button next to the instalment you wish to pay for.

Note if you have multiple tickets in an order an instalment payment will cover all of the tickets for that order.

Once all instalment payments have been made your tickets will be activated and will be ready to use.
