To buy a ticket simply visit the event page for the event you wish to attend.
Then select the number of tickets you require from the menu on the right, then click the “Book” button.
Note some events may have ticket options that can be paid for in multiple instalments. The second ticket in the image is an example of this. The price at the top of the card is the initial payment. Click the “See Instalment Details” option to see the payment breakdown.
You will then be prompted to login or register. Enter your email address and then click the “Continue” button.
If you already have an account you will be prompted to login:
Simply enter your password and then click “Login” (note if you have purchased a ticket with us before on any of our sites you will already have an account)
If you cannot remember your password click the “Forgot Password” button and instructions will be sent to your email within 10 minutes.
If you do not have an account with us:
You will be prompted to enter a few pieces of information and to read our terms of service.
Click the “Continue” button to continue.
All of the tickets you have requested will then appear in your basket, complete all of the required questions, read and accept the terms of the event then click “Continue”.
Tickets can be removed from the basket by clicking the “Remove” button underneath each ticket, or by using the “Empty basket” option at the bottom of the page.
Some events support attending as part of a group:
If this is the case either click the group you are attending with in the “Who Invited You?” section.
If the group you are a part of is not shown click “Other Group” and enter the name of your group in the menu that appears.
For chargeable events you will then be prompted to make payment securely using a credit card.
If your ticket payment is in multiple instalments you will be prompted to make the initial payment as outlined on the event description.
Complete your details and click “Pay” to complete the transaction. A confirmation will be sent to your email address.
