Editing a group
All of the groups you manage can be found on your account dashboard↗ click the Groups option on the left menu (on mobile click menu ( ) to view this) .
Scroll down to the Your Groups section and click on the group you wish to edit.
Click the Edit button found on the left menu (on mobile click .
Depending on your access permissions↗ may limit the functionality that you can see. This guide outlines everything that is possible with sufficient permissions.
Editing fields
Many fields such as the group name, website description can simply be edited by clicking in the field and typing acceptable text↗.
To save simply click out of the text field, and you will then see this confirmation appear at the bottom right of the page to confirm that it has been saved:
Changing logo
You can customise your group image by changing the logo↗
Changing group handle
Your handle is used in the URL of your group profile and all your events and products.
It is best for this to be something short and memorable.
As soon as possible after creating your group change your group handle↗
Manage events
Scroll down to the Hosted events section and you will see all of the events that this group is hosting and are happening in the future.
Depending on your permissions on each event card you will have the option to:
- Sales: view details about ticket sales↗ for this event
- Check-In: access the check-in tool↗ to validate your customers tickets and check them into the event.
- Edit: Open to editor and edit the event↗.
Clicking on the title of the event will take you to the public sales page.
To create a new event↗ click the Add Event button.
To view events that you have hosted in the past, or events that you are promoting but are not the host of click the Show All Events button at the bottom of this section.
Manage products
Ability to add or manage products is only shown once your group has been linked with Stripe↗
Scroll down to the Products section:
To edit a product↗ click the Edit button underneath the product you wish to edit.
To add a new product↗ click the Add Product button at the top of this section.
Manage delivery options
Ability to add or manage delivery options is only shown once your group has been linked with Stripe↗
Scroll down to the Delivery Options section:
To edit a delivery option simply edit the fields for the delivery option you with to edit.
To add a new delivery option, click the Add Option button at the top of this section, and then this will be added to the list and can be edited straight away.
Delivery options cannot currently be removed once they have been added.
Manage members
Tckt.uk supports multiple levels of permissions↗. To give users access to view or edit your group you will need to add them.

Manage trusted groups
The trusted groups feature allows you to skip the need to approve invitations when you are adding groups as associated groups↗ to events that you host and adding members↗ of trusted groups to events that you are hosting.

Communities
Communities are custom branded versions of the tckt platform. They have a custom domain name, and only include groups that share a common interest, and approved by the Network Admins.
Depending on the details you provided when creating your group you may be prompted to request to join some available networks. In which case click the Request to join button and your group will be sent to the network admins for approval.
