Tckt.uk fees

We have worked hard to make our fees as affordable as possible, and wherever possible only charging fees when you make a sale. We also believe in transparency, so for buyers the ticket price you see is the price you pay.

All our current fees are shown below:

Ticket & Product Sales

If your tickets are sold at no cost, you will not be charged a fee for selling that ticket.

For tickets sold at a cost:

  • Tickets sold in a single instalment will be charged 5p per ticket sale.
  • Ticket sold in multiple instalments will be charged 5p per instalment payment (per ticket).

For each product that you sell you will be charged 5p per item.

If you collect a donation alongside your ticket sales, you will be charged 5p per donation.

Fees charged by Tckt.uk are in addition to Stripe’s transaction fees ↗ and are deducted automatically before the money from your sale is credited to your Stripe account.

All transactions on Tckt.uk (including all fees charged) are in GBP, if your Stripe account is in another currency, you may be charged currency conversion fees for each transaction.

Linking to an external ticket seller

You may want to create a listing on the tckt platform and send users onto another external ticket seller.

This functionality will be added soon, and there will be a one-off fee of £5 per event where this is enabled which will be payable by credit or debit card to enable the feature.
